Hi @Nunu12

Thanks for coming to the community.

You've done the right thing being wary of an unexpected call like this.

It is not a number that we'd use from our call centres or one of our direct partners who may call on our behalf.

Can you text CALL followed by the number to 7726 to report it as a spam call?

Have you had any network trouble at all?

Michael

@Nunu12  Ask yourself how would they know you had poor cellular coverage ?   EE don’t track where you are in the UK but you can sign up to receive updates on locations that might be having network coverage issues

That’s got scam written all over it.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Yes my area has had network issues, but I didn't feel right about the call. She was offering 50% off my current bill. thanks for your response

Whilst a valid point, there's a pretty safe bet that most users would have some perception of "network problems" and it's a good "in" for a scammer wanting to dupe the unwary.
