Hi

i was scammed by an Asian and a case was opened. When he harassed me to send it back I notified ER eventually there was little interest from EE and the handset went back to the scammmer. This scammer is using various BT numbers and called to harass me again today at 15:28 from 02031502148. I am appalled that EE did not tell me to leave the handset at your retail store. Personally I don’t think you actually care that customers get scammed!

Did you send the device back to the point of purchase, or did you send it to the person who was asking you to send it to them?

The device was sent to the person who sent it to me as he was sending me Texts from EE.

Did you receive a returns bag from EE to send the device back in? 
If so, did you return it in the bag and retain the tracking number?

A courier service came to pick the device up I was on a conference call so my flatmate came to fetch the device from me and gave it to the courier. I am still very confused if I was scammed or in fact you actually have a “promotional” team that contacts customers
