I have just purchased the Arlo Doorbell HD and 2 Arlo outdoor 2K security cameras with 24 month Arlo Secure subscription and I am yet to receive the code to enable this. After reading other threads regarding this other people too are finding it difficult to get the subscription code.
Just keep getting I don't have a subscription and when discussing this on messaging, they have closed the conversation!

I'm sorry you are having trouble activating this and haven't had the help you need sorting it out. Have you tried sending a text with 'ARLO' to 150?

I have had the same issue with EE after 2 months still no code, for EE to have promised to call me back with what’s been going on and still no call back, I’ve been on the phone to them for hours at a time and they don’t know what to do they have even passed me through to ARLO customer service at one stage and said I have to try to contact them, I only took the deal out as I was promised the free subscription plan I feel so let down by EE and the way they have handled this situation
