I've recently migrated my broadband from BT to EE. On BT I had Norton 360 and on EE I have Cyber Security. As I have a new laptop, I've tried to install EE Cyber Security on it. However I can't activate it. I've verified my identify with an EE shop, but I still can't see an Activate option as shown on this link provided by Technical Support:
Setting Up EE Cyber Security Powered by Norton | Help | EE
I need to have this app activated to provide the security I'm paying for in my subscription.

Hi @cmca140520,
Welcome to the EE Community
If you check back in your e-mail inbox, have you received any activation e-mails with a link to activate? If you do not have an e-mail and have no option to activate within the add-on's section of your account, you would need to speak to our team on 150 again to let them know. They may need to refer this to our offline support team to help get it activated.

Also just moved from BT to EE - I had Norton on BT and now trying to activate EE Norton.
I have walked through the activation page and get to a page where its asking that I need additional authorisation through a PIN, for this it asks for a phone number. to send it to.
Enter my number and get a message back that it must be an EE mobile (it isn't). Can't get further than than that.
Any ideas?
Cheers,
Marc.

Hi @maxiheed
Welcome to the community.
Which device are you using to set it up? Could you try using another one? Setting Up EE Cyber Security Powered by Norton | Help | EE
If you're still having trouble, try speaking with our customer support team to see if they can help you get it set up another way.

Hi Thanks for the response.
I am using a Windows 11 Pro PC - get the same problem on my Windows 10 desktop. Had no problem with Norton activation or management under BT.
I had looked through the EECyber help , but none were relevant to my specific problem. I will call support .
This is just one of many problems since I decided to switch to EE - I do regret not swtiching to another provider with all the issues I have /am having. I will try and get the EE Norton working, but talking to another provider on switching as EE have been lacking.
Thanks again,
Marc.

Have you tried to proceed to log into the EE Cyber Security app?
I had issues with mine stating requiring activation, however it has worked when logging in with my EE ID to the Cyber Security App.
