there seems to be internet security on my BT EE 4g mini hub preventing me from accessing some apps on my smart tv. Can you advise how I can filter my internet security options?

Hi @pt89
Thanks for coming here.
What happens when you try and access the apps on the TV, do you get an error message?
Leanne.

The apps can be accessed but the content / programme won't stream, it just buffers or cancels out. Any ideas?
