Had emails saying I have an outstanding balance but I don't know if it's a scam.
There's no record of an outstanding bill on my EE account but it they've passed an account to a debit collection agency would it still be visible my account,

@Andrana have you tried speaking with customer support about this. If a debit has been passed over you’ll not gain access to your account as it’ll be closed for none payment and your line will not have a single. Can you use your phone ?
