Hi there,
My sim card has stopped working. It does this sometimes and usually i just turn it off and on and it works. I have tried cleaning it and nothing has worked.
Ive read on a previous comment that i need to ring 150 to sort a replacement sim card but I cant make any calls.
Please advise my on the best way to get around this.

Hi @CharPenny
You have 2 options.
1: You don't need an EE phone to call EE, there's other contact numbers listed on the get in touch page - 0800 ones are free to call from any phone.
2: You may be order a replacement SIM using THIS online form.
