transfer old backed up information to new sim card and phone

HI ,

My phone accidentally dropped and now have a Samsung phone. I have a new SIM with my old number however I need to access all my old information and contacts with online banking. Need help please

Hi @tony-patient 

You'll need to register your banking apps again on your new device, a back up won't save any data. 

If you have backed up to Google then when you enter your account details on your new device you should have the option to download your contacts.
