i recently got a samsung galaxy s22 as an upgrade from my old iphone, but over time i've come to regret my purchase and i want to switch back.

do you reckon it's possible for me to take the SIM in this phone, put it in an unlocked iphone and then sell this phone on here? is my contract bound to my phone?

@squeely   You can put your sim into any device you wish.   Under the T&Cs of your contract you can not sell your Samsung device until you have had it for 6 months.   Saying that I’ve yet to see EE take action against anyone selling their device before the 6 month rule.

This forum isn’t a place for you to sell a device.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

will that rule still apply if i don't sell my phone thru EE.

also i'm not planning on selling my phone on this forum don't worry haha

OK, then, your contract forbids you from selling the device to anyone before 6 months.
