Hello @Amykirker1 ,

Welcome to the community,

You need to get a PAC code from three and pass the code to EE to get your number transferred. You need to put the new SIM card in the phone, but I would wait until you have given the PAC code to EE and you have seen that you have been disconnected from three.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

Hi @Amykirker1,

Welcome to the EE Community. 🙂

That's great advice from @Schockwave. Once you have your PAC, please use this online form to start your transfer.

James

@James_B , just tried that link and it did not work, it actually came up with 404 error, so no good for @Amykirker1 .

Hi @Schockwave,

Thanks for letting me know. That is the correct URL for the number transfer form and it was working earlier. Let me report the issue to our support team now.

Seems to be working again @Schockwave - Is it working at your end?

James

@James_B , Thank you, really strange. Just clicked on the link you gave originally, no, would need a new link to test otherwise.
