i was transfering my icloud back up from iphone 13 pro to my 16 pro. it said something about an esim which i dont have a pin for. so i put the sim in my 16 pro and it wont work. i put it back in my 13 pro and it wont work. someone please help me.
We don't want you to have any issues setting up your new phone, so I'm sorry to hear this has happened. Are you able to see if your eSIM is showing active in your settings, and try switching to this.
