I am not the holder, how can I separate the account and do it by my own?
How can I change the monthly plan as use the original phone number ?

@Nini8 Only the account holder can request a change of ownership of any line on the account. Only the account holder can request a change of tariff on any line on the account.
The account holder needs to call customer support ( 150 from a EE device) to request a change of ownership and ideally you need to be present as you have to accept that request and you also have to pass a credit check before the change of ownership can be processed.
