My son has had his sim stolen from his phone. can we get a replacement on line?

@Mandyj2 You will have to call customer services for this, online sim replacements are for when your current sim doesn’t fit a new device but you can still receive a code to authorise that sim replacement.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Welcome to the EE Community.

I'm sorry to hear your son's SIM card has been stolen.

Please get in touch with Customer Care as soon as possible to report the theft. The team will need to block the SIM so it can't be used, as well as ordering a replacement.
