Hi there,
When opening a sim card pack i accidently ripped off the phone number. The sim card they sent was not working so they said we could transfer over the phone number to the new one we bought but we need that phone number. Is there anyway we could find out what that number is, because when we put it in our phones no number comes up.
Solved! See the answer below or view the solution in context.

Hi @Twocolt,
Welcome to the EE Community
Is this just a Pay as you go SIM card pack you have purchased? Is the SIM getting no signal at all, is that the problem? As you would normally be able to text NUMBER to 150 from a SIM to get the number.
How was it you got the SIM? If you ordered it on our website here Free Pay As You Go SIM Card | PAYG SIM Cards | EE Shop then the account should be registered with your name and address that you entered on that page. One of our guides may be able to locate the account/number using those details. If you bought the SIM from a shop, often the actual receipt will have the mobile number on it as well.
