not active more than 6 month sim

Hi EE community, 

I moved to another country recently and not using my  EE sim card for a long time,
but all my social network accounts are linked to my account. Can I restore my EE phone number? If i have unpaid debt I will repay. 

But I exactly need my used phone number.

If you haven't paid the bill, it may have been disconnected for non-payment, and may have been passed to a debt collection agency. @Komil 

We don't have access to your account to see what is happening here, so you would need to give our billing guides a call so they can look at the account. They will let you know if there is a balance to be paid and if the account and if the line can be reconnected to keep the number.

Was your EE SIM card on a contract or pay as you go?

Do you remember roughly when the SIM was last used?

Hi Mr Michael,

My sim was on a 24 month contract.

most probably it was used in February.

Is it possible to buy or order from any network providers my own number which i used with EE

Yes, it was paid.

but i assume if you don't pay for couple of months the contract will be terminated right?

@Komil Did you contact our customer services team to cancel it? If you wanted to keep the number, you would have needed to have moved it to pay as you go or to another UK network.

A contract plan doesn't automatically cancel at the end of the 24 month contract, it needs you to request to cancel it or it continues on a rolling 30 day contract.

I didn't conctact to anyone, I assume I forgot to pay for monthly payment. So what is the solution here? How can I have an access to that number again? any solutions? Imagine i did no pay for 6-7 month payment, the contract terminated. but how can I restore my number?
