i've just received my new iphone and i can't transfer my data from my old phone, would anyone be able to point me in right direction to how they solved this issue, i'm proably gonna end up having to pop into my local store.

thank you in advance for any help given.

I presume you're enquiring about your user data on the phone, rather than your data allowance - just to be sure.

Welcome to the community,

You should start your new phone up and have the old one near to hand and then it should ask you whether you want to transfer everything to the new phone, at least that is how it works with IPhone, but am sure it should be the same with Android. Which phone do you have? You should also be able to find out how to do it, by searching the web.
