I ordered a new phone on 5th January around 1:12am, it’s now the 7th January 6:27am and I’ve still not had the email for the order number/tracking and the money has come out of my account

I've just checked our stock page, and it looks like if you ordered your phone on the 5th of January, the expected dispach time is around 14 days.

Okay, when would I get an email for order reference/tracking number

Hi @BritDavies26 

You usually receive your order confirmation email right after your order has been processed.

If you can't see your confirmation email in your inbox, it's worth checking your spam folder to see if it's in there.

When your order has been passed to our couriers DPD, you'll get a text with a delivery tracking reference.

You can track your DPD delivery on DPD's order tracking page.
