A PAC is used for migrating your mobile number FROM a current mobile provider, TO a new one.

You request the code from your existing provider. If you're requesting the "code from EE", this suggests you're trying to port out, in which case you should be giving the code to your new provider, not EE.

Hi @ranchy65

Thanks for getting back to us here on the community.

Text Pac to 65075 from the mobile number you would like to transfer, you will receive your Pac code back in a text. This will be valid for 30 days.

Thanks
