I have recently had to exchange my device due to it being faulty after 2 weeks of having it. I exchanged it through DPD so the old phone has gone with DPD and now I cannot transfer my eSIM to my new phone. I have downloaded the eSIM through the EE app but I cannot activate it as it wants to text me a code to do the activation but I cannot receive texts due to the eSIM not being active and my old phone is with DPD. Does anyone have any solutions for this?

@JoshCaddick1 You’ll have to call customer services for help on this. They should be able to get esim activated for you.

I did this and they said it could take up to 24hr. It’s currently been 18 and nothing has happened yet
