I'm upgrading from pixel 7 to 9, both on EE. Pixel 9 says I should be able to find a qr code thats been sent to me. But don't have anything in email, text, or package phone was received in. Anything I'm missing?

Thanks for coming to the community.
If you’ve upgraded your EE device and had an eSIM before, you’ll need to log in to EE and order a replacement eSIM to download to your new device. If you go to Profile > Settings > Replace my SIM/eSIM.
