eSim not activating

Daughter used physical sim in iPhone 14 Pro but needed to return handset, put sim back into her iPhone 13 Pro and eSim requested but it won’t activate, please help

Hi @CarmenB72,

If your original SIM has been deactivated, you won't be able to complete the security check to activate a new one online.

Please get in touch with Customer Care for help with activating a replacement SIM.

My daughter transferred my physical sim to her iPhone and when I put it back into ny iPhone 13 Pro the sim was de-activated. I have tried to upload a new eSim but no code has come through to my phone?
