Hi,
I just got a new iPhone because my old one it is all broken up so I can’t even turn it on, how can I transfer my phone number to the new one. Because I know you can do it when the other phone is working, but when it not, what do I do?
Thank you.

Verification of your existing SIM is a security requirement of all SIM swaps, to prevent unathorised ones being actioned. An eSIM on a non-working phone is unfortunately a shortcoming of eSIM where you will need to do one of two things..
1: Request your SIM-swap by contacting EE-CS from another working phone - 07953 966150 is the number
2: Attend an EE retail store with photographic ID, to obtain a replacement physical SIM in-person and activate it immediately. If you then want to convert back to eSIM, you can do so via the normal process.
