My iPhone broke last week, so I have bought a new one. I am unable to access the original phone as the screen is dead.
I live in an area with no reception, so my phone only works through WiFi when I’m at home.
Last Thursday, I drove 6 miles and, using my friend’s phone, I organised for a new eSIM to be sent. It arrived today but it came up with an error of not being able to load it and it’s telling me to contact EE, which I can’t as I have no phone!
Please help me urgently.

You can obtain a replacement physical SIM by visiting an EE retail store with photo-ID
