Can I order New Contract Sim spare Doro phone

I have a contract business phone on EE. I also have an old Doro phone for emergencies which was on a PAYG Sim from EE. However, as the Doro phone was rarely used, EE have deleted the number and the Sim!

So can I buy a new contract Sim for the Doro phone and link it to my business account? Then I can pay both bills together and EE shouldn't delete it! I assume a new Sim would have a new phone number included?

A PAYG no. would be cancelled after 9 months of idleness. A contract no. isn't as long as you are paying for it.

You could order an additional line on your a/c as a SIM-Only & would get a £12 pm discount on it
