e-sim on replacement phone

Hi,

I have replaced my phone as the previous one was broken. I had an e-sim on the old phone and am now trying to use the new one and have downloaded the e-sim via the QR code but it is won't let me activate this as it is sending a pin for activation to the old number.  I can't call EE as the phone is not active!

Any ideas?

@cormacgmagee  You need to request a replacement SIM card as obviously you can not transfer the eSim over to the new device.  Once you have a SIM card you can then transfer that information from the sim to the eSim on the new device.   You can go to any EE store to request a replacement sim.  Or you can call customer services to request one.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
