Hi,
I searched for how to use esim on my phone, and I followed the video which tells me to simply use My EE mobile app to install esim. But when I opened my EE, there is no esim option at all. When I tried to add esim in my iphone setting, it said the provider, which is EE, doesn’t support esim transfer. Can somebody please help me with that?

Welcome to the community.
When you open the My EE app, press on the little person (profile) icon. There will be an option to replace your SIM/eSIM.

@Agustd You can only use eSim if your a contract customer assuming you are just open the my EE app and click the person icon top right then click settings and permissions then scroll down to activate sim/eSim then follow the on screen instructions
