Replacement Sim

Hi my old sim was broken so I have received a new replacement sim from EE which should work as soon as I put it in but it says sim not provisioned and isn't working?? Any help plea As instill waiting on someone getting back to me in live chat 

SIM card not working

My SIM card is not working and I cant call out, is there any way I can contact EE via instant message online to get a new one?
