I lost m y phone and picked up a new one with sim from ee today. The EE guy logged it as a new sim with upgrade not a lost one. I've just gone to activate the code online and it says it needs to send a code to my old phone - which i don't have.Any suggestions on how I can activate the new sim without needing a card - I don't have a spare phone so can't call support tonight

@becwaterfield You need to contact customer support about this. From a none EE phone you can call 0800 9566000
