Hello,
my work phone is with EE and the SIM card isn’t working. How do I get a replacement? EE customer services on the automated phone say that the number is not registered with them. How do I talk to a customer service representative?
thanks

Take phone & SIM into an EE shop with Photo ID & they'll transfer number, any SIM contacts & credit if applicable to a replacement SIM of correct size for free.
To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone

If it's a work SIM, you may have to go back to your companys representative and ask them to arrange a replacement.

Indeed so.
The OP in this thread is not the account holder, that's their employer. So any billing issues need to be reported to the employer in the first instance.
They may have specific arrangements for staff members to deal with EE direct for some issues, but it's the company's responsibility in the first instance.
In what way is the SIM not working?
