Recently my sim card broke and i have had to get a new one.
The guide on the EE website says that for a broken sim card all I have to do is order a new one and it will work automatically and doesn't need any further setting up.
The replacement was delivered fast but when I have put it in my phone, restarted it, and waited 24 hours it does not work.
I cannot receive texts or send them, or receive or make calls.
Even if I was to follow the instructions for activating a truly new sim (rather than a replacement) I could not do this as I cannot receive calls or texts on my old sim as it is broken, and the new one does not work.
Does any one have any advice for me short of trying the sim card in a different phone, as I do not have a spare phone to hand to try this.
Thank you.

Hi @EEcustomer22.
Welcome to the community.
Do you have a signal on the new SIM card?
If you have no service, can you try registering your SIM?
