I ordered my SIM only plan on the 1st, arrived a few days ago. I’ve had no communication on when my number will start porting over apart from the original order email that says it’ll port within one business day which hasn’t happened. Tried calling customer support but I don’t have time to wait the estimated 30 minutes on hold. Does anyone know when the process will actually start as my o2 sim is still active and working, and the ee sim is still on the original number on the SIM card packaging. PAC was provided during the order process online. Thanks!

My number appears to have ported, had a massive faff on getting it to show in cellular against the SIM, but I’m still struggling getting it to show on iMessage and FaceTime. It just keeps spinning and never activates. Had them enabled and disabled and rebooted a thousand times whilst on and off. Tried reseating the sim as well. Is this a wait and it will happen scenario or do I need to wait for an hour to speak to customer services?

Hi @Rosscummings1,
Customer services wouldn't be able to do anything about the Facetime and iMessage side of things im afraid. The only people with a technical insight into that would be Apple Support, but you shouldn't need to contact them.
It is just a frustrating quirk of iPhone in general when porting a number with the way it tries to recognise the number on the SIM. Should resolve itself with time and also the steps you have been doing with turning iMessage and Facetime off and then restarting the device.
