If you mention a pack and boosts, I'm assuming you're a PAYG user.

As far as I can see, only PAYM users can get an eSIM. PAYG is limited to a physical SIM.

@RogerK , @grsdev , correct, only pay monthly customers can get an ESim, pay as you go can only have a physical SIM card.
