@Shazzer1 , have you tried speaking to customer service to see what they can offer you? Just ring them and then press 2 and you should be put through to a person.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

More questions than answers here!

Are you on pay-monthly or PAYG? If pay-monthly, are you within your minimum term or outside?

What does "better deal" mean? Do you want a bigger data allowance? Do you want lower monthly costs?

I am out of contract I pay £15 a month for 40GB each a month but it is going up, I don’t use that much (I have my adult son also on the plan and pay the same for him but it’s going up) and think 25GB would be more appropriate.

Will try that.    Thanks ☺️

Both, I am paying £20 for 1gb, I can see on huff gaff £8 for £10

Sorry 6gb for £8

@Lindsey1966 , this is not customer service, I would suggest you speak to them, they can take a look at what they can offer you.

Giffgaff are an mvno company piggy backing with a one of the four main companies, so do not have all the infrastructure etc., like the four main companies, and may not offer all the inclusive like EE offer, so make sure that another network works where you are etc. I would suggest trying a pay as you go from another provider before moving to another network, then if you want or are satisfied with another one, make sure you get a PAC code if and when you want to move to keep your number.
