Urgent - eSim failure

I attempted to transfer my eSIM to a new iPhone during setup. The transfer completed according to Settings but the setup failed, and now neither phone has mobile service. The old phone no longer has the eSIM and the new phone cannot activate. I need the eSIM reissued to the new iPhone.

ChatGPT and other (apparently) "AI" search results being wrong? No, never! Seriously though - never rely on any so-called AI search result, grossly incorrect examples are very easily found!

And I agree with the previous poster, a device restart (and thus SIM reattach) is should always be one of the first things to try in the case of losing service.
