Upgrading sim

I am trying to upgrade my sim but it says I am not the account holder.

Hi @Stuartgriffin 

Welcome to the community.

If you are the account holder, you can add yourself as the Bill Payer in the Settings of your My EE account. Then you'll be able to upgrade.
