Unlocking my sim card

I need help unlocking my sim card. I need a puk number but I haven't topped the phone up with money because I don't have a credit/debit card. I tried doing the IEMI thing but it came up with add the puk code in. Can anybody tell me what they added as the puk code or do you know what it is?

A PUK Code is not for unlocking your phone to use on a different network it is used for our Sim Card if you have locked it by forgetting the Sim Pin.

What you need is the NUC which you can get on EE by going here - Unlock an EE Device to use on a different Network
