Unlocking a Sim

I have lost my old phone and ordered a new Sim but it wont let me activate it. The unlock pin comes up and i enter it and it goes back to no service straight away. Any suggestions

Are you placing the EE SIM into a EE device/device that is unlocked to all networks?

Yes I am and it just keeps doing the same thing

@Tomnixonnn1  It can take up to 24hours for a SIM card to activate.   Try restarting the device a few times as this does help as the network will see that a sim is trying to connect but needs to be activated.
