I’ve just had my sim and when going on the app to enter my PAC code and old phone number from BT Mobile it’s saying my PAC code is incorrect format. I’m using the code given to me my BT mobile.

Hi @Sarbs
Could you try typing it in manually please? Make sure there are no spaces between the letters and numbers, and no spaces at the beginning or end too.

Hi, thanks for your response. I’ve tried that and it still didn’t work. I rang BT mobile today and they advised as I’ve already activated the EE sim it’s showing as the PAC code has been used and it will automatically swap over within 24hrs. In the meantime I can keep my BT sim in the phone until it transfers over. I’m not 100% confident this will happen as I’ve had nothing but issues trying to join EE from BT. Taken over a week and non of my sims arrived so I had to go to the EE store to get replacement sims! A very disappointing start with EE!

Sorry to hear that, @Sarbs
If they've said it's set up, I'm sure it will be ready to go and it would explain why the PAC isn't being accepted on the website. If you wanted us to double check, have a chat with our Mobile Care team who should be able to confirm from our side.
Thanks
Chris
