I have tried doing this directly but the operating system on old iPad is not compatible and I can’t upgrade it as not enough memory. I have tried logging in to me ee account but it says the number I am transferring is already linked however it says in My account unknown device. I think I need a QR code from somewhere but how do I get it?

Hi @Rick10
Welcome to the community.
You can get a replacement eSIM through your EE App account by following the steps below on your new device:
- login to the EE app on your mobile
- choose your device
- scroll down, select Check settings
- scroll down to Device and SIM
- select Replace my SIM/eSIM
- follow the steps shown
If you're unable to do that, you can give us a call on 150 or pop into your nearest EE Store with photo ID.
