I recently moved from Lebara to EE on a sim only contract. I am still within my 14 days cooling period however I would like to change to a sim only deal. Would this be possible without any cost?

Hi @TC2002
Your subject question is different to your post content. Which one is it.
Either way you'll need to speak to EE CS on 150.
Thanks

Hi there. Thanks for your response.
I meant I would like to move from contract to pay as you go.
Thank you.

@TC2002 You still need to call customer support about this. Just to inform you you only get a cooling of period with online or phone sales. If it was a store sale you don’t have a cooling off period.

In principle, yes you can transfer from pay-monthly to PAYG.
The complication you may have, is that doing so whilst retaining your number is done so by being out-of-minimum term. Use of any statutory cancellation period under 14days distance-selling-regulations would potentially forfeit the mobile number associated.

- Difficulties contacting Ee in Mobile Services
- Trying to buy a PAYG eSIM on the website - pretty bloody impossible in SIM cards & Porting
- Transferring frommonthly sim contract to pay as you go within 14 days in SIM cards & Porting
- Transfer number from pay as you go SIM to contract sim in SIM cards & Porting
- Can only transfer from a PAYG Sim to an eSim if you buy an EE Contract? in SIM cards & Porting
