Transferring BT family SIMs (x2) to EE

Hi, I have a BT Family SIM account with two phones that I am transferring to EE. I followed advice to register with EE and used the PAC code supplied by BT. It was the same PAC for each number. When I registered on EE, I was only given the option to choose one number and so I have received only one SIM and set that up on my phone (I then requested my BT number be ported over, which I understand should be done within 24hrs). In the meantime, I need to know how I request a second SIM so that I can add that to my EE account, port the other BT number over, and get the EE discount that is similar to the BT Family Plan. There seems to be a lot of confusion around this whole issue of moving family plans over from BT.

Hi @stevedaffern,

Welcome to the EE Community. 🙂

If you'd like to order a second SIM plan, you can do it via our online shop, in your local EE store or by calling 150.

Hope this helps.

James

Thanks James. Unfortunately, in My EE "My Shop" I only get this message: "You're unable to add another product to your account at this time." So I'll wait and see what happens once my old BT number is ported over. Hopefully, it then gives me some options. I'll try and remember to add my result here, so that others can see what happens when they move a BT family account to EE.

Thanks James, I'll do that once my number ports over. I'll get that sorted first I think. 🙂 Steve

Even 2yrs after this post EE have not solved this simple transfer as having the same problem.Have phoned twice to no avail and even been to an EE shop who appear to have no connection to EE online purchases?

This is wrong.Have tried this to no avail and yesterday went into my EE shop Birkenhead who were least helpful saying they have no connection to online purchaes or orders? Been a whole nightmere all I want is to transfer over my wifes number from BT.I even have the PAC code from BT but still  no sim.
