Hi. I have ordered my new EE sim card which came after 5days. I did gave PAC code to EE to transfer my old number which still didn't happen. Could someone please let me know how long this process should take ? I desperately need to start using my old number.

Thanks for getting back in touch @JankoD.
If one of our Guides took the PAC off you again, it sounds like this may not have carried over in the original order, but it's no hassle at all to set this up in our system manually.
If it was prior to 5:30pm that you contacted us on Monday then it should have gone through yesterday, or if it was after 5:30pm it will be today.
We do recommend up until midnight for any transfer to complete too, but it's often much quicker than that.

@JankoD It takes up to 24h after you activate the EE sim to migrate your number over to the EE sim.

Your new EE SIM will have a temporary number assigned when you first receive it. If a PAC was supplied as part of the order, that will be submitted when you first activate the new SIM onto EE's network.
A port-in date will be set then, usually the following working day. This assumes activation during normal working hours - if during the evening, add an extra working day to these timescales.
