Hello @scifo81 ,

Welcome to the community,

You need to have the PAC code from Vodafone, which you give to EE, once you have your SIM card from EE, which will port your number over, but that is not done over the weekend.

Once you have the SIM card, you will have a temporary number, and once you have given the PAC code to EE and it is all complete, you will get a message to say it has completed. Hope this helps. It should only take 24 hours to complete, but as I have already written, this will not happen over the weekend.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

Try the standard text PAC to 65075, you might be asked to confirm with YES depending on network. However, in reality what usually is sent is an automated text telling you there's an issue and you need to contact the provider. This will be a last ditch effort to keep you. Don't waste time and say you'll stay if they send you an iPhone. They'll give up and text you the PAC.
