Hi I transferred my phone number from virgin to ee last week however my phone in the about section is still showing the temporary number despite multiple restarts of the phone and when using the chat function for messages it shows the text as from the temporary phone number, I cannot call 150 from my phone as nothing happens, when I try to contact ee via the app messaging is apparently not available and when I click the call button on the app it doesn't work.
