Yep - sorted by calling 150 then getting repetitive strain injury pressing endless selection numbers but eventually got there. So BT organised the porting when we transferred - but sent out 3 sims without noting which numbers they related too. Too difficult for them i guess. Anyway very helpful when I did get through.
