Hi, do you have a solution for the same problem but on an iPhone 16?

What's the problem you're looking for help with? Your post has been moved to a new thread so has no context.

I have recently changed my phone and network from o2 to EE.
After using PAC code to change my original number and receiving a text from EE saying it had worked my texts are still sending from the temp number that came with the new sim. My calls and iMessage send from the correct number though.
how do I fix this?

Do you receive calls & texts sent to your ported-in number?

@Cara1997 If your number has migrated across but your device still show the temporary number then you need to turn off iMessage and FaceTime and then restart your be device. Now check your number is settings/mobile services or settings/apps/phone. It should now show your ported in number and you can now switch back on iMessage and FaceTime

Yes, if people try to ring or text the temp number it won’t work, either fails if texting or says the number is not recognised if trying to ring.
And when I ring out it’s my ported in number, the only issue is sending a text message comes from the temp number

If inbound & outbound calls, and incoming texts are all working correctly, that shows the porting data is correctly configured.
I'm not familiar enough with iOS to know if there's a phone setting that can affect outgoing texts, but I very much doubt it - and suspect this is a config issue somewhere between the SIM & the SMSc/core network.
That would need CS intervention to resolve.

Okay, how do I go about that?
