Good morning the EE app is currently under maintenance I'm still having an issue when I was told it was rectified. When contacting certain contacts they don't see my old number I had with 02 which I transferred to use through EE they are presumably seeing a temporary number or the one assigned to the EE Sim is there anything I can do from my phone settings to sort this or does a customer service representative have to do it thanks in advance

@dannychamp1 : It can take 1 working day from when you activate EE SIM. Not this w/end as it's a Bank Hol.

Thankyou for the reply my account with EE has been active for over 2 months I raised the question with customer services a week in they said they've done the necessary changes to prevent it from happening it still does though.

@dannychamp1 On what device this ? and the app isn’t under maintenance, try deleting the app and reinstalling it.
