TRANSFERRING OLD NUMBER

Hello,

a few months a go i transferred my little sisters BT phone over to my EE. everything transferred over even her old number but the problem we are facing and I don't under stand is when i text her on her old number all is fine till she reply's back as it come back as the a different number. does anyone have any idea?

Firstly try restarting the device. 

You'll need to speak to EE CS on 150 and ask them to refresh your line.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

If your little sister texts herself, does she receive the message as expected?

If she texts NUMBER to 150, is the reply as expected?

Are her texts coming through from this number via normal SMS, or is this when using iMessage/RCS?

What happens when mobile data(& WiFi) is switched off and she then sends a text to you?
