Hey @SrikanthPotluri
Welcome to the EE Community.
We've just split this post out into it's own topic so you have a dedicated place for any replies about this.
When you place an order for a new SIM from us, you'll be given the option to transfer over your number with a code called a PAC.
Once the SIM from us is connected, your number would then transfer over the following working day if it's before 5:30 pm, or the day after that if it's after 5:30 pm.
Alternatively if you already have an EE SIM with its own number, you can contact us at any time to provide a PAC and bring over the number you'd like to keep.
