Hi, I'm an EE customer and have a Samsung Galaxy and am switching to an iPhone. Does anyone know if I can keep the same phone number and if so what do I do? Thanks in advance. David

Hi David, I've just upgraded my Samsung to an iphone, does it automatically switch your number over to the new phone and did you need to get a new sim?
Thanks,
Kirsty

Hi @Kirsty_amanda,
Welcome to the EE Community.
If you upgraded, you'll keep the same number. If you old SIM is the right size for your new phone, you can continue to use it. If it doesn't, please activate your new SIM at Activate your SIM (ee.co.uk).
